Library eReader Information
The library owns 2 different ebook readers:
the Amazon Kindle and the Barnes & Noble Nook.
Requirements for Checkout
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must have an active Library Card
Loan Guidelines
* They circulate for 7 days
* No renewals
* Overdue charges of $1 per day will be assessed for late return of a reader
The ebook readers do not appear in the library catalog. The only way to place a hold on a reader is to visit or call the library’s 2nd floor Reference Desk at 262-335-5152.
All users will be required to sign an acknowledgment of replacement cost when they check out an ebook reader. These devices must be returned INSIDE the library and ONLY to the West Bend Community Memorial Library 2nd floor reference desk.
