Tired of trying to figure out what comes next in that mystery series you’ve been reading?
Login to eSequels with your West Bend library card number to get started.

  • Is current and complete so you can find the newest title by your favorite author or spot a title that you may have missed
  • Lists the most popular series so you can discover a new author or rediscover an enjoyable series of years past
  • Indexes character, location, and subject as well as author and title so you can identify a series that you may recall only vaguely
  • Lists the novels in the correct reading sequence so you can begin at the beginning rather than blunder into the middle of act III

Introducing Zinio!

With National Library Week beginning Monday, April 15,  Mid-Wisconsin Federated Library System, serving 27 libraries in Dodge, Jefferson and Washington Counties, in partnership with RBdigital from Recorded Books (Prince Frederick, MD), is pleased to announce the availability of Zinio for Libraries, the world’s largest newsstand.

Through Zinio for Libraries, patrons of West Bend Community Memorial Library will have unlimited multi-user access to approximately one hundred digital magazines, easily viewed on most any Internet-enabled device. Don’t just read your favorite magazine – experience it!  Search whole issues and find what interests you!  Zoom in or out – try doing that with a magazine!  Find something
interesting?  Email it to a friend or post it to your favorite social site.  Like
a particular recipe or knitting pattern? Print them directly from the magazine
on your computer!

Please see your librarians for more information on how to access this service or visit our website and click on the Zinio icon. Handouts on Zinio are available at both the Children’s Information Desk and the second floor Reference Desk.

Zinio is the world’s largest newsstand and bookstore.  Through Zinio, library patrons can download content to be read on any screen. Once the magazine is downloaded the reader can have it for as long as they want. There are no due dates or returns. Through the ZINIO UNITY™ reading platform, readers can move seamlessly within each publication page between text, interactive graphics, animated illustrations, videos and much more. Muslim Journeys Bookshelf

West Bend Library has been awarded a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities Bridging Cultures initiative, which includes twenty-five books and three films about Muslim Journeys. Take a look at the titles here with links to our library catalog.

The books and DVDs are on display upstairs at the library. Enjoy!

West Bend Patrons Park

On October 1st at the West Bend Patrons Park fundraiser kickoff, it was announced that the West Bend Community Memorial Library board had committed a donation of $50,000 towards the project.

In addition, they will match the first $100,000 in donations from the general public.
